Weight loss here starts with a visit, not a vial. An M.D. is on site at our Madison clinic, and the plan is built under that physician's supervision, starting with labs and body-composition testing. Those results are what the plan gets built on, so you are not guessing at where you are starting from.
We see people from Huntsville, Hazel Green, Athens, Decatur and across the Tennessee Valley. Bring what you have tried before and what you want the next year to look like. The consultation is free for new patients, and nothing gets decided until you have heard the whole picture.
We have been caring for the Madison community since 2010, and weight loss sits inside the same integrative approach as everything else we do. It is one part of how you feel and look, not a separate program with its own rules.

Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, injections and coaching, chosen with you
We offer Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, both GLP-1 medications, and the doctor talks through which one makes sense for you once your labs are in. We also offer B12 and Lipo injections and Ultraburn injections, sold in packs of four or eight.
Nutrition coaching is part of the offering, because a medication or an injection does not eat dinner for you. Coaching is where the day-to-day habits get worked out.
We will not promise you a number on the scale, because nobody can honestly do that before seeing your labs. What we can offer is a physician on site and a plan you agreed to.
What it costs, and how refills work
The initial visit is $120. Each follow-up or refill visit is $85. Those are the clinic's published prices, and you can find them again on our prices page next to everything else we offer.
A refill is priced as a follow-up, so a single $85 visit covers either one. If you would rather talk before you book, call (256) 325-6398. We are open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.
Financing through Affirm and Cherry is available for qualifying patients, and we also take cash, major cards and Apple Pay.
