CO2 is the clinic’s advanced skin resurfacing option, and we use it on four areas: the face, the neck, the chest and the hands.
We use FDA-cleared fractional CO2 lasers. The clinic’s own CO2 page states that its surgeon trained at Stanford University and brings more than 26 years of specialized experience to the treatment. An M.D. is on-site at our Madison clinic.
None of that replaces the first step, which is a free consultation with digital skin analysis. You sit down, we look at your skin together, and the plan is written for you.

Plan your calendar first: recovery runs 7 to 14 days
Recovery after CO2 is 7 to 14 days. That range is the clinic’s own, and it is the single most useful thing to know before you book. Pick a stretch with no weddings, no photos and no big meetings, and give yourself the full two weeks as breathing room.
Ask about your specific area when you come in. The face, neck, chest and hands are not identical, and what healing looks like for your skin is a question for the doctor at your consultation. Full face, or just the eyes
A CO2 laser treatment for the full face is $2,000. If the area around your eyes is what bothers you most, the Madonna Eye Lift is $800. Ask at your consultation which of the two fits what you want.
Both prices are copied from our price list. Financing is available for qualifying patients through Affirm (up to $30,000) and Cherry, with 0% APR options, and we also take cash, major cards and Apple Pay.
